We've had a few suggestions that as a community-focused Kiwi company we should refuse to fill up Wicked Camper vans due to the slogans and messages that appear on them. Here's four of the mildest examples we could find. So what do you reckon?
I remember when I first met Helen Kelly. I was a young activist, and was completely in awe of her. She was fierce, principled and kind. She didn't care what anyone thought - she was only interested in what was fair and right. I never stopped being in awe of you, Helen. Rest easy.
To launch that fact that we now sell directly to the public (for the very first time) the most amazing upholstery fabrics known to man we are offering 20% OFF ALL FABRICS purchased during the month of October!
If you've fallen in love with a piece we've used previously but can't spy it on the website, never fear we (should) be able to supply you with it anyways. And if you're not confident knowing exactly how much fabric you might need, just ask us. We can help you out with that too :-)

Jobs aren’t easy to come for Kiwis, not when there's over 67,000 people arriving from overseas each year who also want to work. We all know about the jobs in service stations, supermarkets, hotels, etc, filling up with migrants workers. Many of you have posted your experiences of this, but it's not the immigrants fault, they need to work to survive too. Just a fortnight ago the Minister of Immigration was denying there was a problem for Kiwis. But now the Minister is pretending to show some concern and claims he is putting Kiwis first for lower skilled jobs. We don’t think so. He’s come up with some bureaucratic nightmare, involving WINZ and Immigration NZ and employers. In that minefield, Kiwi job seekers will be forgotten, and the jobs will be ticked off for migrants. There’s one solution. Cap immigration, and only take skilled immigrants, when they are needed, to benefit New Zealand, and stop the working visas for international students.
