We’ve mentioned before about the gut health benefits of gelatine. Gelatine contains important amino acids including glycine that helps to seal leaky gut, feeds the good bacteria in your intestinal tract and can improve sleep, reduce inflammation, reduce sugar cravings and can help with joint pain.
This marshmallow recipe shows you another way you can use this superfood. The result is chewy, light and fluffy marshmallows using only four ingredients. Kids love them too.

Life is too short to have regrets <3 Many times when people pass we wish that we said "I'm sorry for many things", "I love you" and "I never said sorry I didn't get in touch" and so on... At this moment as you read this do you regret something that you didn't say to someone who has passed? Is there someone now that is around you that you know its time to say what you would like to say as this could be your last day with them or last opportunity to be able to speak to them :-) So we don't have any regrets as THE TIME IS NOW....
When you’re competing on the other side of the world, support makes all the difference. Thanks for sharing your messages of support for the NZ Paralympic Team, New Zealand! #BringOnTheJoy #SpiritOfGold #FreeTheJoy
Been getting a few messages recently about how I travel so much, an how I fund it all.. Im gonna set the record straight right here//
I'm just a normal kid, by no means am I well off or have rich parents that fund it. I am a plumber by trade and still on the tools working hard like everyone else. An opportunity arose the end of last year that I grabbed by the balls and worked hard towards that have lead to a few sponsored trips which I am unbeilevabley grateful for and never take a second for granted.
I tragically lost my dad when I was 18 out of the blue, so because of that I live for the now. I don't own a house nor a business, i spend the majority of my money on travel but I'm bloody rich in experience & life.
I'm living for the now, pursuing my passion that makes me happy & trusting the universe will pay this off. Every man for themselves. I'm just doing what makes me happy. You should to.
Busy times again coming up for June....another 15,000 boxes lined up. The first 2,500 shortlist notifications went out today...more due out each week. Good luck everybody....remember if you get shortlisted you need to click the link to be eligible....
The justice system is far too soft Two youths bashed a Northland dairy owner with a tyre iron, putting him in hospital for three days. They should be doing hard labour, not the paltry nine months of home detention the 18 year old assailant got. The getaway driver got 5 months home detention. The maximum sentence is 14 years’ jail. The attack could have easily killed the hard working dairy owner. Bash someone up in a violent crime and you get home detention - they must be joking. We should care more about dairy owners than the system does about going softly, softly on the offenders.

Today we are mourning the death of our colleague and friend, Sergeant Mike Toon.
Mike had gone into the Manawatu River to help his daughter, who was trying to rescue their family dog from the water. He acted with the courage and dedication which are characteristic of both a police officer and a father. Mike’s body was sadly recovered from the river at 9.30 this morning by members of the Police National Dive Team.
Mike celebrated 28 years of service to police last year, and he formed many close friendships and relationships during this time. He was a loving father and a much respected police officer in Central District.
Thank you for your service Mike, you will not be forgotten.
